Studio plugin installation is unavailable
The Apple Studio plugin cannot be installed from the Roblox Creator Store right now, so new customers can chat and plan but cannot build inside Studio yet.
What to do: Plan your game in the chat meanwhile. If Apple Studio was already installed, it may still work in Studio; new public installs are unavailable while we check the Creator Store setting.

An offline connection does not prove the plugin is missing
Apple reports a live connection when a paired plugin communicates with it. Without that connection, the browser cannot distinguish an uninstalled plugin from a closed or disconnected Studio.
What to do: Open Studio and its Apple panel, then connect it to your project. If there is no Apple button in the Plugins tab, check the plugin availability page before trying to install it.
